My name is Blain Armstorng, and I live in Toride, Japan. I've been teaching English here for about six years. I'm relatively new to photography, but I've been having a lot of fun so far.

Bascially, what I post here can be divided into three categories: things that are "Japan" and show a bit of what this wonderful country is about, things that relate to people in some way and show the human experience, whether good or bad, and abstract or experimental stuff that I like to toy with from time to time.

I hope you enjoy looking at my photographs as much as I enjoy taking them. Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated.
