Well, I'm back after yet another hiatus. This time, I have a collection of photos I took from my trip to Nagano last week.
This is a small farm near Mt. Yatsugatake. It actually belongs to a university in Nagano prefecture. The students of the university's agriculture department go there to do their practicums. They get hands-on experience growing vegetables, raising animals, and making dairy products. And the resutls are quite impressive--their corn sells out as soon as it's put on display, their cheeses are very well received, and their ice cream is absoultely fantastic.
